For Home Buyers

Purchasing a property can be as exciting as it is daunting.  As seasoned professionals, we understand that one is not purchasing a house, but a lifestyle.  Similiarly, one is not simply adding income property to a portfolio, but creating a plan for retirement. Alderson & Scott will i) provide investment guidance, ii) identify properties that best fit your objectives and lifestyle, iii) make recommendations for lenders and contractors, iv) negotiatie the best terms possible in each and every one of your transactions, and v) be available to you to answer your questions regarding property ownership.  As your Representative, we will:

  • Identify the properties in the area that meet your parameters and price.  For your convenience, we also provide listings by email

  • Educate you in the local market area, including schools, neighborhoods, services, and more.

  • Make recommendations of competitive lenders who will identify the loan program that best meets your needs.

  • Assist you in negotiating the best terms in the purchase of your property, avoiding costly mistakes.

  • Guide you through the entire process, from negotiations to the close of escrow.

  • After the close of escrow, be available to you to answer questions regarding your homeownership.

There is NO COST to the buyer for engaging a Real Estate Agent.  Costs you can expect to pay:

  • Lender fees include charges for credit report, loan processing, appraisal, "points", preparation, interest, etc.

  • Third-party fees include home inspections, escrow, HOA transfer, messenger, notary, etc..

  • Government fees include deed recording, and state & local mortgage taxes.

  • Recurring costs include homeowner's insurance, real estate taxes, and private mortgage insurance (if any).
